Tri-County Hospital in Lexington, Nebraska has been utilizing the services of LaserTec of Nebraska, Inc, for at least the past 5-6 years and we have been very pleased with their expertise. Whenever we call for service a "Real" Person answers the phone and that person is always very pleasant and helpful in scheduling the earliest day and time when a tech will be out to take care of us. They are always here if not the same day the next day and our hospital is a least 50 miles from their office. The tech knows their business and is very professional. We have several different models of printers throughout the hospital and LaserTec can fix whatever the problem may be. They are a great group and I would highly recommend their services to any business.

LaserTec and the University of Nebraska at Kearney have enjoyed a 5+ Year relationship. This Campus has over 500 printers which includes monochrome and color laserjets and deskjets, as well as copiers, plotters and multifunction units. During the last five years LaserTec has been essential in keeping all of the units up and running, providing prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service. We utilize LaserTec in both preventative maintenance and with down machine recovery. I have bee completely happy with the service I receive from LaserTec and will continue to utilize them for the foreseeable future.
